Refund and Return Policy

At FE Champion Belts, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our championship belts. Since our products are often custom-made or high-value items, please read our refund and return guidelines carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and offer refunds/exchanges only under the following conditions:

Damaged on Arrival: If the belt is damaged during transit.

Manufacturing Defect: If there is a significant flaw in the plating, leather, or engraving that was not part of the approved design.

Wrong Item: If you received a completely different product from what you ordered.

2. Custom-Made Belts (Special Note)

No Returns for Custom Orders: Because custom belts are made specifically to your requirements (names, logos, dates), we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for “change of mind” or customer errors in the design after approval.

Design Approval: We send digital mockups/photos before final production. Once you approve the design, it is final.

3. Return Process

If your item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above:

Contact Us: Email us at info@fechampionbelts.com within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Provide Evidence: You must include clear photos and a short video showing the damage or defect.

Approval: Once we review the evidence, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fechampionbelts.com.
6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defect).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
