1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted over various networks.
2. Products and Customization

Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our belts as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

Custom Orders: For custom-made belts, the design approved by the customer is final. Once production begins, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Handmade Nature: Since many of our belts are handcrafted, slight variations in leather texture or plating may occur, which adds to the uniqueness of the product.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.

Payments must be made in full before the production or shipment of any item.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees.

FE Champion Belts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.

Customs Duties: Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Cancellations

Stock Items: Orders for non-custom items can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Custom Items: Once a custom order has entered the production phase, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Returns and Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is damaged or significantly different from the approved design.

To report a damaged item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

We do not accept returns for “change of mind” on custom-made championship belts.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of FE Champion Belts. Unauthorized use or reproduction of our designs is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability

FE Champion Belts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered.
